I came here for the first time to buy duck food and I asked them for advice because I have never raised ducks. I was impressed. They were very good service.

Had a very disappointing experience with Foster Feed. I went to the feed store seeking guidance from this feed store from what I thought would be informed and helpful people. I explained at the time that I only have three chickens and was in need of a dewormer treatment. I was not informed that the product they suggested is intended only for significantly larger flocks totaling 264 lbs, and is not appropriate nor recommended for small-scale use. They completely misrepresented the product sold to me as usable for my smaller flock. When I attempted to return the item, which is unopened and I have the receipt, the store refused the return, stating a "no returns on medication" policy. However, this policy was not disclosed verbally at the time of purchase, not posted in the store, and not printed on the receipt. (Only a specific clause about final animal sales is printed on receipt, nothing pertaining to medications). Because I was not provided with accurate product guidance or informed of the return policy, I feel completely taken advantage of, as I was unable to make an informed purchase decision.

Grateful for Foster Feed & Garden for providing our puppy with the vaccines necessary to keep him safe and healthy. It was hard finding a store that provides self administered pet vaccines and they certainly have them and both employees were cheerful and very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me. Thanks guys!

One of the great places around I get my chicken feed, straw bales and snacks for my friends dog.

Foster Feed & Garden has some real pluses! I appreciate that they often have competitive pricing on straw and hay. That's a big deal for anyone with livestock. Their chicken feed selection is solid. I've always been able to find what I need for my flock. The staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile. One Area for Improvement: I think the store could benefit from a bit more of a "country" feel. Maybe some more rustic decor or even a small petting zoo for kids would enhance the experience. Overall, Foster Feed & Garden is a decent spot to get your animal care supplies. Disclaimer: This is a personal opinion and may not reflect the views of all customers.
